Terms & Conditions of Platform Use

In this document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the ttb11 website accessible at https://ttb11.one and all its subdomains.
• "Services" covers all games, sports betting, promotions, bonuses and other features provided by ttb11.
• "Account" means the registered account opened by a Member to access the Services.
• "Real Money" refers to the currency deposited by a Member into their Account, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited by ttb11 into a Member's Account in accordance with specified conditions.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum total bets that must be reached before Bonus Funds or winnings from bonuses can be withdrawn.

To register an account with ttb11, you must meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Register one account only. Holding multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during registration, including your full name as per your identification card (MyKad), date of birth, a valid email address and an active mobile phone number.
• Not have had an account previously closed or suspended by ttb11 due to a breach of terms.

ttb11 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement or other supporting documents. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each Member is fully responsible for all activity that takes place under their account. This responsibility includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential at all times.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses your account, including family members.
• Reporting any unauthorised access to ttb11 Customer Service immediately via live chat or email.
• Updating your personal information if any changes occur, particularly your mobile phone number and email address.

ttb11 will not be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised use of an account if the Member failed to take reasonable security precautions.

ttb11 accepts deposits via a range of electronic payment methods that are safe and convenient for players in Malaysia. Currently accepted methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, as well as cryptocurrencies such as USDT, BTC and ETH.

• The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction, regardless of the payment method chosen.
• All deposits will be processed automatically once confirmation is received from the payment provider.
• Members are responsible for ensuring that the funds they deposit belong to them and have been obtained lawfully.
• ttb11 reserves the right to reject or hold deposits suspected of originating from unlawful sources or linked to fraudulent activity.
• Cryptocurrency exchange rates are determined at the time the transaction is processed and may vary.

Any transaction fees charged by the payment provider are the Member's responsibility. ttb11 does not impose additional charges on standard deposit transactions.

Members may submit a withdrawal request at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, for anti-money laundering purposes.
• All wagering requirements linked to any active bonus must be fully met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Full identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed.

ttb11 reserves the right to delay or reject a withdrawal request if additional verification is required, or if there are any concerns regarding account security or transaction integrity.

All bonuses and promotions offered by ttb11 are subject to specific terms and conditions set at the time of the offer. The general conditions that apply to all bonuses are as follows:

• A 100% welcome bonus of up to RM1,500 is given to new members on their first deposit.
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received.
• Example: A deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100, resulting in a balance of RM200, with a wagering requirement of RM1,000 (RM100 × 10).
• Second example: A deposit of RM3,200 gives a bonus of RM1,500, resulting in a balance of RM4,700, with a wagering requirement of RM15,000 (RM1,500 × 10).
• Each Member is only eligible to receive the welcome bonus once.
• ttb11 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and any related winnings if there is any attempt to abuse the promotions system.

All games available on the ttb11 platform — including online slots, live casino, sports betting, and arcade games — are independently audited to ensure the fairness and integrity of every game outcome. Specific rules for each game are displayed within the game interface itself.

Members agree that:

• All game results are final and cannot be disputed unless a verifiable technical error occurred.
• Any attempt to use third-party software, automation, or other methods to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Bets placed during a technical disruption or system failure may be voided and deposits returned at ttb11's discretion.
• In cases of dispute regarding game outcomes, ttb11's system records will serve as the final reference.

When using the ttb11 platform, Members agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or when interacting with the support team.
• Attempting to hack, compromise, or disrupt the normal operation of the platform or its security systems.
• Money laundering or transferring funds from illegal activities through the platform.
• Spreading offensive, obscene, or unlawful content through the platform's communication channels.
• Sharing login credentials or account access with another party.

ttb11 cooperates fully with the relevant authorities when required to do so, including in cases involving investigations related to financial crime or fraud.

ttb11 reserves the right to suspend or close a Member's account, with or without prior notice, if:

• The Member is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspected activity involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of the law.
• The Member is unable to verify their identity when requested.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting ttb11 Customer Service. Before closure, all outstanding wagering requirements must be settled first and all valid real-money funds will be returned.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ttb11 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Service interruptions caused by factors beyond ttb11's control, including internet disruptions and Member equipment failures.
• Losses arising from the use of an account by a third party, whether authorised or unauthorised by the Member.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers.

ttb11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such amendments will take effect immediately upon publication on this website. Members are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically to ensure they are always aware of the latest version.

Continued use of the ttb11 platform after any amendments are published will be considered as the Member's acceptance of the revised terms. If a Member does not agree with any changes, they should stop using the platform and close their account.

ttb11 operates under international licensing and complies with the relevant regulatory requirements. Any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation and, if necessary, through mutually agreed arbitration procedures.

These Terms and Conditions are in place to ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable experience for all ttb11 Members. By registering and using this platform, you confirm that you have read and understood all of the provisions above.
